At McCulloch Steam, we stand behind the power and quality of our cleaning products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the steam cleaner and all attachments in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
